On Monday 14 September 2026, Judge Timothy Boyer of the Missouri Circuit Court in St. Louis began considering final approval of Bayer's $7.25 billion settlement of Roundup cancer claims. Bayer's Monsanto unit is asking him to sign off.
The deal covers roughly 65,000 lawsuits. Every one makes the same claim: that the weedkiller caused non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
